Just wanted to thank you and the team at Pro-fit for fitting our replacement windows and aluminium sliding doors to our new extension. The fitters were brilliant; quick and professional. There was an obscure glass error in one window but this was quickly resolved. We also requested a visit months after install due to one set of window catches becoming too stiff to use. Again you organised a fitter to come and fix the problem. Super impressed - would definitely recommend and use again. 

We are absolutely delighted with the doors and the overall finish. We have had numerous comments about how great the door looks and have proceeded to purchase an additional one for another project of ours.

I contacted several local companies, out them all profit windows were the most appealing with presenting examples and nothing was to much effort. They kept me informed from start to finish, all of the staff and window fitters were approachable and polite.

Doors and windows all supplied on time and are absolutely fantastic. After service has been great also as door dropped slightly (like every door) and the fitter came and corrected door with minimal fuss and was very polite.

I already had a builder for an extension at my house, but I used Pro-Fit to supply and deliver 2 windows and a door.

From when we ordered it was no more than 4 weeks for them to arrive. Helpful office staff, polite chaps who delivered to my house. Would recommend.

In 2021 we decided to replace our clear plastic conservatory roof with a solid Guardian Warm Roof to try and reduce the heat in summer and the cold in winter. The construction took longer than we expected (begun 11th October, plastered 22nd October) then we waited until 5th November for the light to be refitted.

Having said that, we are very pleased with the visual result but obviously we have not experienced a summer yet. The plastering is very impressive (done by a plasterer engaged by Pro Fit). The after-sales service was very efficient and prompt when we had a minor problem with a downpipe from the guttering, this was resolved within a couple of days.

I would like to state that I have been thoroughly satisfied with the whole procedure of fitting two windows in my property. From the original visit to the fitting everyone has been professional and the work was carried out to schedule. I would recommend your company to anyone.
